Young Women's Leadership Symposium
Mission
The mission is to promote the development of our future women leaders by giving them access to influential business women in the Orlando area. The Symposium will focus on leadership, diversity/inclusion, personal brand management and career/college planning.

"No room for Racism or Bigotry" -Building the next generation of Global Leaders
The World is going to demand leaders who can embrace and celebrate diversity. Young leaders today need to have relevant information and need to draw decisions based on cultures around them. This workshop will address leadership tools needed in this Multicultural World. Participants will explore in a safe environment the impact of stereotyping, prejudice and discrimination in America on all of us not just some of us.

What is Your Degree?... The Importance of Academics & Staying in School (Panel Discussion)
There are many ways to gauge one's aspirations in life. Thanks to the determination and innovation of women of the past and present, young women today and in the future will have limitless opportunities to fulfill their lifelong dreams.
This session will explore the reality and importance of education today, options and programs to look forward to that will further your education, and how to set and achieve goals that will put you on your path for success!

Advocacy for Girls: Empowering Your Relationships & Building Self-Esteem (Panel Discussion)
Young women today have many relationships - friends, family, teachers, boys, girls, along with her own personal relationship - just to name a few. Managing all of these relationships and keeping them balanced and healthy can be challenging.
In this session, we will offer advice and thought on how to navigate to good relationships, the importance of trust, and how to cultivate positive self-image.

Table Etiquette: Get Your Elbows Off the Table! (Panel Discussion)
Does it really take more than one fork and spoon to eat a meal? Are you passing the bread in the right direction and what are you supposed to do with your napkin when you get up to go to the restroom? You don't have to live in a palace to need to know the basics of table etiquette.
From place setting basics to the proper conversation topics, we will explore all you need to know to pass etiquette inspection at the dinner table!
